Underfoot Feel

The shoe features U-Tech technology which centres forces from the ground through the ankle and knee joints. In this model the revised tech gives a faster, more responsive feel! The design still ensures that the foot lands securely with a reduction in knee and lower leg rotation. This results in a reduction in the risk of knee pain.

Where the Solo differs is in its use of Double U-Tech technology. No matter  how your foot strikes you’ll benefit from the centering effect of the U-Tech structure. Additionally, all runners will experience the catapult effect offered! 

The full-length U-Tech foam midsole also offers superb energy return. Additionally, the fibreglass and nylon Speed MotionBridge in the midsole of the shoe speeds transition. It also transforms performance at quicker paces!

The high performance rubber outsole offers high levels of traction and durability.

Upper Fit

The second-skin fit upper is made from super-lightweight 3-layer jacquard mesh and provides superb breathability. Elastic laces and a secure tongue ensure an optimum fit.

The True Motion Women’s U-Tech Solo Running Shoes will perform superbly at quicker paces. They also provide excellent levels of protection for runners who like an energetic and responsive feel on easier-paced runs.

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone’s feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb’s width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).

This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
